Here are 5 strategies to implement when you’re away
1. Stay hydrated
Drink more water than usual. It will keep your appetite at bay
2. Stick to 2-3 main meals per day
Either skip breakfast or avoid snacking. It will help to keep your calorie intake in check
Swap breakfast for a few alcoholic beverages in the evening?
That’s what a holiday is for isn’t it?!
3. Eat protein at every meal, save carbs for the evening
Regular protein feedings will help to keep you full and nourished.
Save carbs for later in the day, as dinner is likely to be your feast meal
4. Take yourself for a walk, every morning
Keep that energy expenditure high and clear your mind by relaxing + moving simultaneously, every day
5. Enjoy the moment
If you want an ice cream, HAVE ONE!
You might put on a few pounds, but so what!?
