And let’s face it, we like to eat
Pair our love of food with the requirement to consume food to survive
We have created ourselves a social norm
If you’re out for a social occasion, it’s likely going to involve food
But you might be watching your calories, therefore don’t want to involve food…
Fear not... there are ways to socialise without it:
Think outside the box
Don't be lazy
Don't conform to social trends
You will be the one that loses out eventually
